Reporting a conversion error
The most useful reports name three things: which tool, exactly what you put in, and exactly what should have come out. With those, a fix usually takes minutes. Without them, a report is hard to act on.
Suggesting a dictionary word
Say which word and, if you can, which sense of it. Words that expose a usage or register distinction are more useful than words with one obvious equivalent.
